Vintage 1969 misses' / women's Simplicity sewing pattern, style number 8299 in size 12. An elegant blouse will never go out of style. Add an ascot to the blouse for a retro, ladylike finish.
Misses' blouse and ascot: The blouse V. 1 and 2 with front button closing has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and "shirt-type" collar with optional button down points. V. 1 worn with a self fabric bias ascot.
